La COLOMBO ANGELO & FIGLI SRL di Legnano - Mi - ha ormai superato i 50 anni di attivita' nel campo della produzione di macchine per la lavorazione del legno.
In tutti questi anni e' sempre rimasta fedele alla propria filosofia: offrire sul mercato un prodotto di ottima qualita' tecnica e con un rapporto qualita' prezzo veramente interessante.
La lunga esperienza accumulata ha permesso di dotare le macchine prodotte di tutte quelle grandi e piccole soluzioni tecniche ed ingegneristiche che rendono facile, semplice e sicuro il lavoro dell'utilizzatore permettendo di rimanere sempre all'avanguardia nella realizzazione di macchine per serramenti. Nel nuovo stabilimento di 3500 metri quadri di Legnano oggi vengono prodotte tenonatrici, profilatrici, impianti angolari, centri di lavoro e linee complete.

Impianti angolari mod. AM 22, AM 33, AM 33/AF, AM 50, AM 60.
Queste macchine tutte dotate di controllo elettronico sono di facile utilizzo data la presenza di menu semplici e completi che permettono la gestione di tutte le funzioni macchina.
La macchina puo' essere programmata sia per la produzione di interi lotti di serramenti, sia per una produzione in sequenza.
La struttura portante di grosso spessore e ampiamente nervata permette il montaggio di alberi a tenonare e a profilare di notevole lunghezza (fino a 650mm) dove trovano posto tutti gli utensili necessari alla lavorazione.

Queste linee vengono realizzate utilizzando le diverse macchine prodotte al fine di rendere completamente automatica la realizzazione di qualsiasi tipo di serramento, in tutte le sue lavorazioni, secondo le esigenze di ogni cliente.

COLOMBO ANGELO & FIGLI Srl. with their factory in Legnano (MI/Italy) have now spent the last 50 years in building woodworking machinery.
In all these years there was only one aim: to offer to the market those products which have a favourable relation between quality and price.
This long experience gained over the years has enabled us to equip the machines with big and small technical and engineering solutions so to make the user's job easy, simple and safe. This allows us to be always ahead in building advanced machinery for making door and window frames. In our new factory in Legnano, which covers a surface of 3500 squ. meters, the following machines are manufactured: Tenoning machines, Profiling machines, Angular frame systems, Machining centers and complete Manufacturing lines.

Angular frame systems: AM22, AM33, AM33/AF, AM50, AM60
These machines, which are all equipped with electronic control, enable an easy use due to simple but complete screen menus which allow easy control of all machine functions.
The machine can be programmed both for manufacturing entire lots of frames and for manufacturing in a work sequence.
The bearing structures of the machines have a considerable thickness. They are strongly ribbed so to allow the application of tenoning shafts and profiling shafts of considerable length (up to 650 mm), where the different tools necessary for machining the wooden frames can be mounted.

Electronic Tenoning and Profiling machines: AT35, AT60, AP35, AP1000
These machines are built by using the same units as for the angular systems and offer the best guarantee as to sturdiness and flexibility.

Manufacturing lines for door and window frames
These lines have been realised by using different machines of our range in order to automise completely the manufacturing of all types of frames for the different jobs according to the customer's requirements. This machining center can be used for butt jointing, milling, right-hand profiling, left-hand profiling and drilling.
